Shipping Policy

Our warehouse are located in CA. We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and LTL carriers, and the freight based on package size, weight, and final destination.

Notes: Express Shipping is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

LTL shipments are included when shipping Business to Business with a dock or forklift. Additional options available, please call for pricing details.

How long does delivery take?
3-7 business days. (Processing time: 1-2 business days. Delivery time: 2-5 business days.)

United States.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?
We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.

Can I change the delivery address of my package or drop the order after it has been shipped out?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Lost or damaged packages:
Should your order not arrive or the package is damaged, and you don't receive a satisfactory response from the shipping carrier, we want to help. Please contact us within three days after delivery (or the date it was expected to be delivered)

Items sold by HROMIGRY FASTENERS that are shipped to destinations in United States may be subject to tax:
