To request a return or exchange, you could either do it through your account used for placing the order or contacting us via email info@hromigryfasteners.com. Be prepared to provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return or exchange. Please notice that the shipment cost is not refundable.

Before a return can be processed, you must provide us with a photo of the product showing that it is undamaged and unused.
Once your return request has been verified and the returned item(s) was/were inspected, the refund process will be handled by CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICE TEAM within 3-5 business days. 

The refund will be issued to your original payment account within 3-5 business days.

Returned item(s) must include all accessories and original packaging.
For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs generated during the return or exchange processes.
For non-quality related warranty claims, HROMIGRY FASTENERS refunds your purchase price of the product itself.
For safety reasons, item(s) cannot contain oil, gas, or hazmat when return or exchange.
Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements.
